The Tilt-Top Portable allows you to take your carving or sculpting with you. It comes with the 6" vise installed and comes with the pivot arms, washers, four regular pins (shown here) and four 3/8" tall pins.
The feet are used to clamp the unit to a bench and also to carry it. The Tilt-Top Portable weighs about 30 pounds. We recommend c-clamps or F-style clamps to hold it. The quick-style clamps are not recommended as they don't have enough holding power.
The top can, of course, be used flat but tilts to several angles up to 81 degrees. We recommend that you always clamp the unit before use.
